Meet Our Team

Our practice is centered around a team of friendly professionals who prioritize your comfort and oral health. Each patient is treated as a distinct individual, and our approach to treatment is tailored to their particular requirements. We are dedicated to giving every patient individualized, attentive care, and we encourage open communication as part of that commitment. Please rest assured that we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and that we appreciate the confidence you have in us.

RUBY, PATIENT COORDINATOR:

Ruby has been in the Dental field for 7+ years and is our Patient Coordinator. She began her career with the Marion County Health Department and after several years sought out another opportunity for professional growth and found that opportunity here with us at Baylee Dental! After graduating high school in Orlando, Ruby strived for higher education and obtained an A.A. in Liberal Arts, as well as an A.S. in Healthcare Administration from the College of Central Florida and has obtained additional billing and coding certifications to strengthen her skills.

She previously orchestrated the Sealant Program for school-aged children throughout Marion County and enjoys community outreach opportunities, and she continues to serve our patients as a proficient and enthusiastic Spanish-English translator. She has been with us since 2019 and loves taking on new challenges to help our team grow.

Ruby loves watching and playing soccer. She is also a world-traveler and an avid foodie! On the weekends you can usually find her and her husband, Ivan, and their two boys at a soccer game or enjoying great food with friends and family!

PEGGY, REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST:

Peggy has been part of the Baylee Dental Team since 2015. She was born in Columbia, S.C. and as an Army dependent, had the good fortune to live in many different US states and in Germany. By age 20, she had traveled most of Western Europe and parts of Asia.

After graduating high school in Alexandria, VA she earned an A.S. from Ferrum College in Ferrum, Virginia which is when she decided that she wanted to go into the dental field. She went on to earn her A.S. in Dental Hygiene from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia in 1981. Peggy has been licensed and worked in Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida. She is passionate about fulfilling her patients’ preventive needs with a gentle touch!

Her favorite activities include singing in her church choir, Zoom meetings with her siblings, and spending time with her husband Todd, and her cat Sweet Pea.

MELISSA, CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT:

Born in Florida and returning after moving to Tennessee, Melissa lives in Reddick, FL. Though Reddick is roughly 45 minutes away, she considers the travel time “worth it” to work at Baylee Dental. Melissa graduated from Central Florida Community College as a Certified Dental Assistant and has been working for Baylee Dental since 1997. She loves everything about Dentistry! Mother of two, Melissa is an avid reader, exercises daily, and is involved in many church functions. Her favorite singers are George Strait and Jon Bon Jovi, and she loves the color pink!

DIANE, REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST:

Diane is a native Floridian, an experienced hygienist who has been working in The Villages since 2006 and is a resident of The Villages as well! She attended St. Petersburg Community College, earning an A.A. in Science, and attended Hillsborough Community College where she earned an A.A. in Arts.

Additionally, she then went on to obtain a B.S. at Palm Beach Atlantic University. In conjunction to working as a clinical dental hygienist, she was also a proficient instructor of the Dental Hygiene program at Palm Beach Community College, and she is certified in the administration of local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation.

Diane was the recipient of an Outstanding Achievement Award from the Florida Dental Hygienist’s Association. She also is the Co-Founder and Past President of the North Central Florida Dental Hygiene Association. She is incredibly knowledgeable and loves providing our patients with top-notch care! Diane’s patients love her caring manner, gentle touch, and attention to detail!

KAITLYN, CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT, EFDA:

Kaitlyn is one of our skilled, certified dental assistants and has more than 5 years of dental experience! A Florida native, she studied at the Concorde Institute in Tampa where she received her certificate in Expanded Function Dental Assisting. Kaitlyn loves animals, and much of her free time is spent playing with her two dogs and two cats. She enjoys hiking with her dogs and taking them on adventures on the many Florida trails. She loves the beach and traveling to new places!

PRIYONCE, DENTAL ASSISTANT:

After growing up in Fort Myers, Fl, Priyonce now calls Marion County home. She attended Florida Career College where she studied Expanded Function & Radiology Certifications. She has been with the team at Baylee Dental since April of 2023.

When Priyonce is not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her lab/pit mix Jace! She is also a part of her neighborhood watch!

MORGAN, PATIENT COORDINATOR:

Morgan grew up in Apopka and moved to Lake County. Morgan has been with Baylee Dental since January of 2023. She attended Valencia Community College where she studied Health Sciences. Morgan enjoys the patient interaction at Baylee and always makes sure her patients know she is committed to them!

In her free time, Morgan enjoys going to the beach, playing softball, and spending time with her pitbull named Huk.

CEASON, CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT:

Ceason moved to the area from Liberty City, Texas so she could be closer to family. She attended Vista College and studied Expanded Functions. She has 3 years years experience in the dental industry and has been a part of the Baylee Dental team for 2 years.

In Ceason’s free time, she can be found out on the water fishing, riding side by sides at the mudhole, or singing karaoke. Ceason loves spending time with her son Asa , daughter Love, and their pit mix Remmy!
