Always better than expected. You don't know how good any business is until something goes wrong.Do they treat you as a person to help or a person to ignore. Baylee dental's honesty and integrity continue to excel. After a year or so, the cement failed on a crown, I called on a Sunday. They called me back first thing Monday. By Monday afternoon the crown was glued back in place and there was no charge.Always friendly, professional and caring. You are treated like you're their only patient.

Have always had positive experience here. Today was no exception. The waiting room is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The front desk staff is exceptional. They are always smiling and accommodating. Today, I had a new hygienist, Franco. They have all been great but he was extremely thorough and gentle. Dr Baitinger examined me and explained everything she was doing in detail. I never felt rushed even though it was clearly a very busy day. I’m self pay and feel their fees are very reasonable. I tried one other practice before them and the difference is astounding. This practice is a rare gem.

5+ stars. Traveled 90 minutes just for this Dentist. (I had Dr. Orlando in the past at another location and he did amazing restorative work on a front  chipped bottom tooth.) His work today was as perfect as the last time on a different chipped tooth. He is worth every dollar charged. I have found his methods to look better and last longer than other dentists without his expertise. He only does what you need. My only regret was he suggested I get a top mouth guard 4 years ago, and I didn’t because I had Invisalign retainers. I just got a guard in December 2024 through insurance at a nearby dentist, and it has made a big difference with the grinding. If I had listened to him, I could have prevented years of wear on especially my front teeth, due to grinding. My husband saw my teeth and said “If I ever need repair work, I’m only going to him, they are perfect.” Thank you Dr. Orlando!

Mini was awesome, Dr Orlando was awesome and Danilo was awesome!!!! This practice is the best, highly recommended!

Everyone who works in the office is very friendly.They make the patients feel comfortable and at ease.The office is very clean and the chairs very comfortable.The dental hygienist works gently and does everything to keep the patient comfortable, without any pain.

Everyone is well skilled and extremely knowledgeable.It is the most excellent dentist office.
